South East Consortium (SEC) is a central purchasing body. We’re a not for profit organisation. We were specifically created to support the housing sector. We create intelligent frameworks for our customers to use, including our Zero Carbon Solutions frameworks. In addition we can support customers with technical training and knowledge sharing on things that truly matter to our sector. Our Sector leading research work has invested in the development of Housing Policy aligned to more sustainable homes and we are driven to support “One Sustainable Public Estate.
