The resource and expertise from GHA will truly support our 49 Members to build more sustainable homes that are fit for the future. As part of the growing relationship we are also pleased to welcome Good Homes Alliance onto our ‘One Sustainable Public Estate’ programme following our Sustainable Homes Matrix launch earlier this year.”

“We’re really pleased to have SEC as new members, procurement of housing that aims for net zero is still a challenge to our members and the more choice that is available within the supply chain is critical in allowing them to succeed in their aims. SEC fully recognise this and that’s why we see them as well aligned with the GHAs aims. We look forward to working with SEC to help grow the number of net zero homes being delivered.”
