Hearthstone was founded in 2009 as the UK’s first specialist residential property fund manager with a focus on UK suburban private rented housing. We manage over £425 million of capital on behalf of a range of UK Local Government Pension Schemes as well as other institutional and private investors. We have built an income-generating portfolio of over 1,400 homes, spread over 100 locations in England, Wales and Scotland.
We strive to achieve a positive environmental and social impact. Homes across our portfolios have significantly lower carbon emissions than average UK homes and are affordable to families, young professionals and key workers, on average incomes.
