Founded in 2009, Hearthstone Investments manages over £425 million of capital on behalf of a range of UK Local Government Pension Schemes as well as other institutional and private investors. They have built an income-generating portfolio of over 1,400 homes, spread over 100 locations in England, Wales and Scotland.
Hearthstone Investments strive to achieve a positive environmental and social impact. Homes across their portfolios have significantly lower carbon emissions than average UK homes, and are affordable to families, young professionals and key workers, on average incomes.
