Boulter Mossman is a Chartered Building Surveying practice offering a full range of property and construction consultancy services to social and private sector clients. Established in 1984, we operate predominantly in the South East and London areas. A mainstay of our business is acting as Employer’s Agent for Registered Housing providers in which capacity we have overseen the development of thousands of new homes. In partnership, the practice was the first to pilot APP (Assured Performance Process) to ensure ‘as built’ quality of a new build development of 100 zero carbon homes. BM3e (equitable, environmental, economics) is a specialist sustainability arm of Boulter Mossman offering a range of services for the built environment.
