The Good Homes Alliance is involved in three working groups in our key theme areas:
- Measures to improve health & wellbeing, especially reducing the risk of overheating in new homes
- Identifying routes to achieve zero energy/ carbon neutral or carbon positive housing
- Helping to address the housing crisis through alternative housing delivery models
Through these working groups, the GHA is exploring specific aspects of the problems and solutions affecting performance in each of these areas, particularly:
- Overheating solutions for new homes: guidance for planners
- Delivery of near and zero energy homes: the role of low carbon heat
- Alternative housing delivery models: the developer’s role in community planning
