Veritherm is a quick, simple, and cost-effective method to measure and verify the ‘actual’ energy efficiency of homes. This new technology can generate a result following a single overnight test and can be used on new or retrofit buildings.

Veritherm uses an array of simple sensors to determine if the building meets its intended thermal performance. The sensors are linked with an intelligent cloud-based platform that provides the asset with an accurate energy rating, replacing the theoretical assumptions used to generate an EPC. The system can also detect possible leaky areas in the building fabric, allowing any underperformance issues to be addressed before the building is signed-off.
