At Bath & North East Somerset Council, Alex led the adoption and implementation of the first energy-based net zero housing policy in the UK and will be sharing his experience of how this was achieved. Now working in the Sustainable Places team at Bioregional, Alex hopes to use his knowledge to assist other local authorities to implement ambitious policy approaches.
