The Good Homes Alliance (GHA) is pleased to announce the launch of a new tool and accompanying guidance which aims to help planners and design teams identify and mitigate overheating risks in new homes at an early stage. The Green Construction Board (GCB), the sustainability workstream of the Construction Leadership Council (CLC), issued its response to the ‘2030 Buildings Mission’ on Tuesday 2nd July at an event at IET Savoy Place in London.
