Following a sold-out Net Zero and Future Homes Conference in London in November 2019 and the Good Homes 2020 Online Conference Series: A Net Zero Recovery last year, the GHA Annual Conference returns with sessions taking place this October.

At our opening session on Tuesday 5th October, we are delighted to be joined by keynote speakers Julie James MS, Minister for Climate Change, Welsh Government and Tara Deshpande, Deputy Director for Buildings and Electrification, Clean Heat Directorate at BEIS.
Since our launch in 2007, our events have had a reputation for lively debates! The opening session also features The Big Net Zero Debate with industry experts kicking off the discussion by posing the key questions facing net zero housing regarding policy, planning, development, design and building performance.
