Mike is a chartered surveyor with 30 years experience. Mike was Managing Partner/Director of Gooch and Wagstaff/Gooch Webster, before becoming a Director of Colliers. He then established his own sustainable development consultancy, which operated out of Bristol, advising a range of occupiers and property owners. Mike was Managing Director of HAB Housing having been involved with the business since its establishment in 2007, and now heads up Vertigo, a regenerative development consultancy. Mike is committed to enhancing environmental and social sustainability in the built environment and is a Founder Ambassador of the UK Green Building Council.
