Ali is the Development Director at Raven Housing Trust, where she leads on the delivery of net zero carbon new build homes; which Raven has committed to across its programme. Ali is passionate about sustainable development and how we build; particularly how MMC can deliver consistent and effective zero carbon homes which the right outcomes for residents.
Ali previously worked for a housing association specialising in Extra Care development developing an interest in older persons housing and now exploring how this model can deliver interesting and innovative solutions for sustainability. Ali’s career has focused on Development and Sales where she has held a number of roles and provided consultancy services.
She is a Board member of Sutton Housing Society and the collaborative MMC group, ‘Building Better’; is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing; a Full Member of the Association of Project Managers and MSP Programme Manager.
