Cullinan Studio began designing Good Homes in 1964, when Ted Cullinan built himself a passive solar house in Camden Town (recently listed Grade 2*). Their recent major housing includes a series of mixed use inner city regeneration schemes in Penarth, Bristol Harbourside and Stonebridge in west London. The Bristol and Stonebridge developments both achieved Building for Life Gold standards. Currently, they continue to build residential developments in Bristol and at Stonebridge, and other schemes in London including 12 residential apartments on the site of their previous office.
