The Good Homes Alliance (GHA) is pleased to announce that Baily Garner, a multidisciplinary construction consultancy committed to positively impacting people’s lives, has joined the Alliance as a Leader Member.
Baily Garner brings extensive expertise across many disciplines, including architectural design, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management and sustainability. The practice works collaboratively with government agencies and public and private sector organisations to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions across the built environment. Through thought leadership, practical toolkits and sector guidance, Baily Garner is helping to drive forward strategic asset management, retrofit delivery and net-zero ambitions.
Joining two other forward-thinking organisations, Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service and Bioregional, as Leader Members of the Good Homes Alliance, Baily Garner will play an enhanced role in shaping the Alliance’s agenda and workstreams.
Leader Membership provides priority opportunities to contribute to research projects, present at events and working groups, and engage directly with the GHA executive team and Board. It reflects a shared commitment to going further and faster than business as usual, delivering high-performance net zero homes and places that enable happy, healthy lives.
Baily Garner’s strong focus on sustainability, collaboration and responsible practice closely aligns with the Good Homes Alliance core mission. The consultancy’s work in areas such as retrofit strategy, PAS 2035 compliance, warm homes funding, and innovative approaches including AI for mould detection demonstrates its commitment to practical, measurable impact.
Commenting on the new partnership, GHA Programme Director Laura Broderick said:
“We are delighted to welcome Baily Garner as a Leader Member. Their depth of expertise across the residential sector and their proactive approach to sustainability and collaboration make them a valuable addition to our growing network of organisations committed to raising standards across the built environment.”
