Good Homes Alliance Announces New Board Members and Leadership Roles
Following the Good Homes Alliance December Annual General Meeting, we arepleased to announce the election of two new board members: Thomas Lefevre, Director at Etude, and Lewis Knight, Director of Sustainable Places at Bioregional.
Thomas Lefevre is a sustainability engineer with over 20 years’ experience working on low-energy and net zero housing. Through his role at Etude, he has contributed to numerous Passivhaus and retrofit projects, as well as research and policy work supporting higher environmental standards in housing.
Lewis Knight leads Bioregional’s Sustainable Places team, supporting the delivery of sustainable homes and communities using the One Planet Living framework. He has been involved in a range of nationally significant projects focused on low-carbon development and long-term place-based sustainability.
The GHA is also pleased to announce that Emma Davies, an existing board member, has been appointed Vice Chair. This follows the appointment of Tom Dollard as Chair earlier in 2025.
GHA Programme Director Laura Broderick said:
“Under the leadership of Tom Dollard as Chair, I am delighted to see the board expand this year. The Directors and programme team are delighted to work more closely with Emma in her role as Vice Chair and to draw on the expertise of Lewis and Thomas. It’s a great way to start 2026!”
Together, these appointments further strengthen the Good Homes Alliance board as it continues to champion better-designed, healthier and more sustainable homes across the UK.
