Ness Scott is an award-winning sustainability leader with more than 25 years’ experience delivering sustainable development, net zero carbon and ESG strategies across the built environment. As Head of Sustainability at GHA member Greencore Homes, she leads the company’s sustainability agenda, including ESG strategy, decarbonisation and the delivery of high-performance net zero carbon homes.
A recognised expert in sustainable design, energy strategy and climate action, Ness has advised major developers, housebuilders and local authorities throughout her career. She is widely respected for her contribution to advancing net zero carbon in the built environment and brings extensive experience spanning policy, planning, design, construction and operational performance.
