The Good Homes Alliance (GHA) has published its 2025 End of Year Summary, highlighting a year of growth, collaboration and impact across the housing sector. Under the leadership of new Programme Director Laura Broderick and Chair Tom Dollard, GHA continued its mission to drive the delivery of high-performance, energy-efficient and healthy homes.

Throughout 2025, GHA engaged more than 500 participants across seven events, including its annual conference at the British Library and the inaugural Building Performance Network Summer Symposium. The organisation also expanded its membership and networks, bringing together housing associations, local authorities, developers and industry partners to share knowledge and advance best practice.

A key achievement was the launch of the Water Efficiency and Reuse in Housing: Design Guide for a Changing Climate, which attracted more than 1,400 views on the GHA Knowledge Base. The alliance also strengthened its policy influence by contributing to national consultations on water efficiency, healthy homes and the Future Homes and Buildings Standard.

Digital engagement continued to grow, with the GHA website attracting more than 30,000 visitors in 2025, a 29% increase on the previous year, while LinkedIn followers grew by 37%. Looking ahead to 2026, GHA says it is entering the new year with renewed energy to help catalyse the delivery of high-performance, healthy homes for all
