Summary

Join the Good Homes Alliance and South East Consortium for a new and exciting joint networking and knowledge sharing event, bringing together the GHA’s annual Good Homes Conference and SEC’s Sustainability AM.

We’ll host delegates from across our combined networks for a full day of keynote talks, research project updates, expert insights, panel discussions, exhibition, and networking drinks.

Our 2026 conference is all about going “beyond business as usual” for both new and existing homes – in order to meet our net zero targets, but also to deliver wider health, climate resilience and societal benefits for people and places.

The event will bring together the best minds from the GHA and SEC networks, which include 70+ local authorities and housing associations, plus industry-leading professionals from environmental consultancies, architect practices, tier 1 contractors, government departments, product manufacturers, and lots more.

Join us and over 200 delegates as we reflect on the soon to be announced Future Homes Standard and collaboratively set the agenda for the next generation of ‘Good Homes’ and places which are net zero, low embodied carbon, healthy, resilient and perform as designed.
