Members are the driving force of the GHA, and to strengthen the relationship between the team and our membership continue our regular Members’ Hours.

The Home Energy Model (HEM) is the UK Government’s new methodology for assessing the energy performance of homes. It is intended to replace the Standard Assessment Procedure and provide a more accurate, flexible basis for evaluating energy use, carbon emissions and running costs.

This session will explore what the Home Energy Model changes, what it could mean for our members, and the key issues, opportunities and practical implications. We’ll also consider how it connects with wider housing policy, building regulations and industry standards.

Grab a coffee and join us for an hour-long sessions of presentations and then open discussion on this important topic. You’ll be welcome to share your views, join the conversation, and hear updates from the GHA and members.
