Oxfordshire County Council serves more than 600,000 residents, with a vision of a greener, fairer and healthier county. Its Climate Action Framework for 2026 to 2030 commits the council to becoming carbon neutral in its own estate and operations by 2030, and to a net zero county as soon as possible in the 2040s.
