In early January, we’ll be publishing our response to the Future Homes and Part F & L consultations, outlining the stepped approaches we believe are required to meet the UK’s net zero targets. There was clear demand at our sold-out Net Zero and Future Homes Conference on 19th November for a collaborative and consistent response to the consultations. Good Homes Alliance launch new local authority network

The Good Homes Alliance (GHA) are establishing a growing network of local authorities and housing delivery organisations that have declared a climate emergency in order to support them in developing new policies and strategies to match their declarations. The Local Authority Vanguard membership builds upon the work of the GHA Vanguard Campaign, a two year campaign which aims to encourage local authorities and developers to adopt enhanced sustainability standards for new homes.
